Update - Fatal crash at Mantung

Just after 12.30pm on Sunday 6 April, police and emergency services responded to a single vehicle rollover on Evans Road just north of Farr Road. The Toyota sedan burst into flames after impact.

Sadly, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 78-year-old woman from Aberfoyle Park died at the scene.

Evans Road was closed for several hours while Major Crash Investigators examined the scene.

The woman’s death is the 24^th life lost on SA roads this year.
