Child Exploitation Arrest

On Saturday 19 October, Detectives from the SA Police Public Protection Branch ANCOR unit, arrested a 42-year-old man for possession of child exploitation material.

He was refused bail and will appear before the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 21 October.

Detective Chief Inspector Naomi Oberscheidt, Officer in Charge of the Offender Management Section said, “The possession of child abuse videos and images is not a victimless crime.

If you know abuse is happening right now or a child is at risk, call police immediately on Triple Zero 000.”
