Drink-driver arrested at Nailsworth

It will be alleged that about 7.45pm on Thursday 7 November, police were called to Newbon Street after reports that a white Holden Colorado ute had crashed into a tree.

The driver, a 22-year-old Bridgewater man was not injured.

He underwent a breath test and returned a positive reading of 0.226.

The man was charged with drink driving and hinder police, he was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and he was bailed to appear in court at a later date.
