Grange clan lab

Police uncovered a clandestine laboratory at Grange last week.

About 10.40am Friday 19 July, following an investigation detective from Western District CIB attended a Grange home to conduct a search.

Inside police allegedly located glassware and chemicals, indicative of the clandestine manufacture of methylamphetamine. Officers from the Drug and Organised Crime Task Force were advised and attended to assist.

The equipment and approximately 70ml GHB was seized along with other small amounts of illicit other drugs.

The occupant, a 47-year-old Grange, was arrested and charged with manufacture controlled drug, possess prescribed equipment and possess controlled drug. He was refused bail and appeared in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today. CO2400028032 & CO2400028153.
