A woman has lost her licence for a year after she was caught with an extremely high breath test reading at West Lakes.
It will be alleged that about 10.30am today (Sunday 22 December), police were called to Bartley Terrace after reports of a Mitsubishi station wagon driving erratically.
The car was then seen on West Lakes Boulevard where it entered the car park of the West Lakes Shopping Centre and collided with two parked cars.
Police located the driver who underwent a breath test, returning a positive reading of 0.307.
The 48-year-old Peterhead woman was reported for numerous offences including drink-driving and driving without due care. She was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and her car was impounded for 28 days.
She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
