Update: Stabbing at Seaton

Just before 10pm Saturday 14 December emergency services were called to a home on Frederick Road after reports a man had been stabbed in the abdomen and arms.

The victim, a 63-year-old Seaton man, was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

The suspect, a 21-year-old Seaton man, was located nearby and arrested by police.

Police believe the victim and the suspect are known to each other and this was not a random attack.
