Indecent behaviour in Blair Athol

About 7am on Friday 21 March, the female victim was waiting at a bus stop on Prospect Road when she was approached by a man who behaved in an indecent manner.

She was not injured and ran away from the scene.

The suspect is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, about 40 years old, slim build, wearing a white wig with dark hair underneath, black t-shirt, black leggings and skirt.
