Rail incident at West Croydon

Police and emergency services attended West Croydon this afternoon after a person was hit by a train.

Just after 5.30pm on Thursday 21 November, emergency services responded to reports a person was struck by a train near the intersection of Jane Street and Euston Terrace, West Croydon.

Sadly, the person died at the scene.  Police will now prepare a report for the Coroner.
