A man has been arrested this afternoon after two separate robberies in the western suburbs today.
Police will allege that about 9.15am Thursday 21 November, a man armed with a knife entered a service station on Military Road, West Beach and demanded cash from staff. He left with an amount of money and was last seen heading north on a push bike.
Thankfully no one was physically injured.
Then just before 11am, police were called to another service station at Henley Beach Road at Fulham after a man armed with a knife demanded money from staff. The suspect stole cash and was last seen riding off on a bike towards the CBD.
After further investigation police located a suspect in a house at West Beach. The 21-year-old Netley man was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
He was refused police bail and is expected to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Investigations are continuing.
