Suspicious fire at Cowandilla

At 11pm on Tuesday 15 October Police and MFS were called to Sir Donald Bradman Drive, after reports of a fire at a business premises.

MFS extinguished the blaze, luckily the premises were unoccupied at the time, but residents of a neighbouring unit were evacuated for safety.

Crime scene investigators attended the scene, and police believe the fire was deliberately lit.

Investigations are ongoing to establish if there are any links to Operation Eclipse.
