Bottle shop robbery Port Pirie

About 4.35pm Sunday 26 January police were called to a bottle shop on Grey Terrace after two people entered, assaulted a staff member, and stole bottles of alcohol. Thankfully the staff member was not physically injured.

Patrols located a 36-year-old man from no fixed address and a 32-year-old Christie Downs woman nearby and placed them under arrest.

The have been charged with aggravated robbery, the man was further charged with breach of bail. They were bailed to appear in the Port Pirie Magistrates Court on 3 March.
