A man has been reported for drink driving after being stopped at Pine Point on Saturday.
At 4.30pm Saturday 22 March police received a report a Mitsubishi sedan was driving erratically on Pine Point Road.
A short time later patrols located the vehicle in the area and breath tested the driver who allegedly returned a positive result of 0.260, more than five times the legal limit.
The driver a 68-year-old man from Wool Bay was reported for drink driving and lost his licence on the spot fir 12 months. His car was clamped for 28 days.
He will be summoned to attend Maitland Magistrates Court at a later date.
