Drink-driver caught on the Yorke Peninsula

About 1.50am on Sunday 12 January, police stopped a white Toyota van on Marion Bay Road at White Hut for a mobile driver test.

The driver, a 24-year-old man from Fulham Gardens returned a positive result of 0.145.

He was reported for drink driving, issued a six-month immediate loss of licence notice. He will be summonsed to appear in Maitland Magistrates Court at a later date.
