Drug search leads to arrest at Clare

About 10am Wednesday 12 June, Clare Police with the assistance of a drug detection dog attended a Clare home to conduct a search.

Police located approximately 35 grams of a white powder suspected to be cocaine and more than $6,000 cash.

A 29-year-old man from Clare was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled drug and unlawful possession. He was bailed to appear in the Clare Court on 12 August.
