Police searched to Mid North addresses last week uncovering a crop of cannabis plants.
About 12.30pm Friday 7 March following an investigation, police attended and searched a Peterborough home. Inside police located 16 cannabis plants, a large amount of harvested cannabis and cannabis seeds.
As a result of the first search police searched a second address where they located an additional eight cannabis plants and three tobacco plants growing in a rear yard, along with 10 cannabis plants being grown hydroponically inside.
A 41-year-old local man was identified and is expected to be charged with a number of offences including cultivate cannabis.
