30 Jan 2025 10:29am

Two men will appear in court after a car doing burnouts crashed into a fence in Wallaroo.

It will be alleged that about 7pm on Wednesday 29 January, witnesses reported seeing a blue Ford sedan doing burnouts in Cornish Terrace. A witness also provided a description of the driver.

The car then collided with the fence of a football club building before driving off.

Police later located the car on the back of a tow truck in Kadina.

The driver of the tow truck was also the alleged driver of the sedan.

The 27-year-old Wallaroo man was reported for numerous offences including driving without due care, misuse of a motor vehicle, drive unregistered/uninsured, fail to truly answer and drive with unassigned plates.

Another man later attended the scene claiming he was the driver of the sedan. The 34-year-old Wallaroo man was reported for failing to truly answer questions.

Both men will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
