Each and every road crash has a long-lasting effect on those involved, including family, friends, first responders and the wider community.
South Australia Police have launched a podcast highlighting the trauma caused by a fatal crash. In each episode we hear about a different true story, shared by first responders and those close to the person who lost their life.
The reason for sharing these stories with the community is to encourage every driver to reflect on their own behaviour or the road and the impact their actions could have on other road users, their own families, friends and the community.
Most episodes of this podcast are also available on video (except episode 1) and can be watched or listened to below.
